Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope & Purpose
The Company provides AI-powered tools of significant capability. The purpose of this AUP is to establish clear boundaries for lawful, ethical, and responsible use of the Services; to protect the rights and interests of the Company, its users, and third parties; and to ensure compliance with applicable law in all jurisdictions where the Services are accessed. By using the Services, You covenant and agree to use them solely for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with this AUP.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited. You shall not use the Services, directly or indirectly, to:
2.1 Unlawful & Harmful Content
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of content that is illegal under any applicable law or regulation;
- Create content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or constitutes harassment or incitement to violence against any individual or group;
- Generate any content — in any format — that sexually exploits, depicts, or endangers minors, whether real or simulated;
- Produce content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or other forms of organised violence.
2.2 Fraud, Deception & Spam
- Generate bulk unsolicited communications, phishing materials, or spam in any form or medium;
- Create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content designed to deceive users, consumers, or any third party;
- Impersonate any individual, company, government body, or entity without lawful authority;
- Generate fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, or social proof content intended to deceive consumers.
2.3 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Knowingly reproduce, distribute, or adapt copyrighted works without the requisite authorisation or applicable fair dealing/fair use justification;
- Create content that infringes any patent, trade mark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party;
- Use Outputs generated through the Services for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or developing competing artificial intelligence models or machine learning systems without the Company's express prior written consent.
2.4 Platform Integrity & Security
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any component of the Services;
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, extract, or index any portion of the Services without the Company's express written consent;
- Attempt to circumvent, bypass, manipulate, or jailbreak any safety filters, content moderation systems, usage limitations, rate limits, or access controls incorporated into the Services or the underlying AI models;
- Create multiple accounts or use any technical means to circumvent subscription limits, usage caps, or free-tier restrictions.
2.5 Regulatory & Legal Violations
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), the CAN-SPAM Act (USA), or any equivalent legislation in any jurisdiction;
- Use the Services in any manner that creates, directly or indirectly, criminal or civil liability for the Company;
- Export or re-export the Services or any Output in violation of applicable export control laws and regulations.
3. AI Tool Usage — User Responsibilities
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You bear sole and exclusive responsibility for all Outputs generated through Your use of the Services and for any use or publication thereof;
- AI-generated Outputs shall not be used as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, engineering, or other specialist advice without appropriate independent verification by a qualified professional;
- You shall not submit, in identifiable form, the personal data of any third party to AI tools without lawful authority to do so and, where applicable, the informed consent of the relevant data subject;
- You shall not submit to any AI tool any information that You are under a legal, contractual, or fiduciary obligation to maintain as confidential.
4. Consequences of Breach
Any breach of this AUP shall constitute a material breach of the Terms and Conditions. Without prejudice to any other remedy available to the Company at law or in equity, in the event of a breach or suspected breach of this AUP, the Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion:
- Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the User's account, without prior notice and without any obligation to issue a refund;
- Remove, disable, or take down any User Content in breach of this AUP;
- Report the breach, and any relevant information, to appropriate regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or affected third parties, where required or permitted by applicable law;
- Pursue civil or criminal proceedings against the User for damages, injunctive relief, or any other remedy available at law.
5. Reporting Violations
The Company encourages Users to report any content or conduct on the Services that appears to violate this AUP. Reports may be submitted to:

Please include a description of the alleged violation and, where possible, supporting evidence. The Company shall investigate all reports in good faith and take such action as it considers appropriate in its sole discretion.
6. Governing Law
This AUP shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and all applicable regulations made thereunder, as amended from time to time. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this AUP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Maharashtra, India.
